Its homemade stock sloppa.

Make stock with lots of different veggies and types of meat (pig, ham, bones, chicken, veal), make white rice, when stock is done get a pan, fry some of the veggies with some olive oirl and garlic cloves, add meat, add rice, stir, add stock to the consistency you like, done.
