Hot dog wasn't sliced thin, nor evenly enough
Didn't cook the hot dog properly before adding the egg in
Not enough onion
Needed another egg as it was not mixed well enough with all the other ingredients
Egg not evenly cooked
Jalapeno wasn't deseeded, nor cut properly
Not enough black pepper, what is on there not evenly distributed
Poor lighting
