financiers are very easy and only need a small amount of baking powder.

They are also versatile: standard version has lemon peels and you can make them with cocoa, hazelnut flour, coconut or whatever you like just touching the recipe.

I make a couple of batches at work every week, they are not very popular in general but some clients order trays of them.
