Did you roll it out like a flat bread? I don't know how you could do a window pane test with that, looks like inadequate gluten development. You make dough in several stages. You need to knead it a whole lot. It's very hard to over-knead if you're doing it by hand. Look up the window test for dough. After kneading and getting a good result, you need to let it rest for a while covered, proving the dough or whatever

Make the dough thinner.

Use yeast and prove the dough for at least a couple of hours before making the base (ideally overnight). Stretch the dough, don't use a rolling pin.

Make sure the oven is really hot (most commercial pizza ovens get 100c hotter than home ovens), Using a pizza stone that's heated to oven temp to help make the base cook faster than the toppings.

Alternatively, try a pan pizza if you've a frying pan that's oven proof (or you can invest in a Pizza Hut style pan). You basically fry the dough for a bit before putting it in the oven
