Name and packaging are super important in the beverage market and both here are shit. Not to mention the market is already oversaturated with seltzers by big big companies with big marketing money. you'll definitely piss out a lot of electrolytes when you drink, but I would think that having some coming in while you;re pissing out electrolytes anyway is better than pissing out electrolytes and not ingesting any. like having higher concentrations of electrolytes in the blood from ingesting them would change osmotic pressure and result in losing less electrolytes that you already had, though it would probably still be a net negative
