Hey Boys, iam going to cook burgers for 15 People. Ive beem making burgers from scratch ( buns, mincing meat sauce etc.) i always try to make new recipe. Now i am going for Simple double patty, cheddar cheese, bacon and vienna onion. My questions is what sauce would you recommend i need inspiration. I am thinking about a sauce made from chipotle chilles, or honey mustard. Other ideas? Even other then sauce are welcome. Pic is on of many

>> No.16571790

Chop a chipotle in adobo sauce and a crushed garlic clove, add some lime juice and mix with mayo. God tier sauce right there..

I meant something very similar when i said chipotle, i made it once in "KFC" burgers and it was spot on, everyone complemented it, and noone knew what the fuk it is, since you cant buy chipotle in my country and had to make. My own abodabo

>cheese sauce
>truffle mayo

>add 1 cup of mayonaise
>add 10 tablespoons of dry mustard powder
>add 20 teaspoons of basil
>add 8 tablespoons of nutmeg
>add 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
>add 5 tablespoons of garlic powder
>add 2 tablespoons of crushed carroway seed
>add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
>add 1 tablespoon of salt
>add 2 teaspoon nutmeg
mix all the above and serve. makes enough for about 8-12 depending on how heavy you go

With those toppings I'd go for a tangy/spicy barbecue sauce. If you must, leave some mayo off to the side for any subhuman filth you are serving.

My standard burger sauce goes something like this:
>three parts mayo
>one part ketchup
>half a small red onion finely diced
>caper
>a dash of garlic powder
>a dash of paprika
Mix it all up and you're good to go. Not exactly fine dining, But it's never let me down.

also, of all those 15 people some will "not like hot sauce" so maybe think about alternatives, mayo + sweet (and not spicy) paprika might do the trick

Chipotle Mayo or BBQ sauce using the chilis you got

Another good one is a mustard based bbq sauce. Mustard on burgers really does it for me.
>yellow mustard
>honey
>brown sugar
>garlic powder
>apple cider vinegar
>bit of ketchup
>salt
>chipotle flakes
>black pepper
>finely chop pickled jalapenos and add them to the sauce kinda like a big mac

This shit would slap
