Not all progress and change has been for the better. Sometimes the ways of old are truly superior.

Metal and wood only in the kitchen. Simple and proven materials that works no matter what type of combination of high temperature, grease or abuse you throw at them. Just look at all the stuff they make today out of cheaper materials that comes with limitations metal and wood do not have. Even ceramic knives are gay, why reinvent the blade?
