unrelated question. those of you that had tried it, how do you feel about hello fresh? cooking meals is generally a pain and i find it way easier to just get the majority of callories from milk but portioned bull shit doesnt seem awful

I'm fat (BMI 29-30) but mostly because I drink pretty heavily, my actual diet I think is pretty ok, I cook fresh food for almost every meal, no fast food, limit portions, etc.

I tried HelloFresh when I lived in Canada briefly and the quality of meat/produce was terrible, recipes very repetitive. I've done Blue Apron in the states and the quality/variety/price/etc is much superior.
