1) This is a luxurious morning-after you partied and slept in treat, so maybe hair of the dog is in order, or just a celebratory-here-with-my-friends license to drink before the afternoon, so many will order a cocktail like a fancy kicked up bloody mary, or a champagne mimosa.
2) It is breakfast and lunch at the same time, a transition meal, so you will order off either menu, or they have a brunch menu that combines the two. Again, it is a treat, so splurgy items like more expensive ingredients, or more labor intensive baked treats, likely some nice fruits on the side. Don't think ordinary basic breakfast lite choices like the grand slam, but some hollandaise sauced crab benedict on homemade muffins, and at least some higher level of craft-smoked meats.

Do what your mood wants you to order. Often I can't decide which mood I'm in at this kind of menu, so someone ordering something for the table to split is nice, giving me half a waffle or something 2nd choice to my 1st choice, win-win. You might linger awhile and socialize, so refills can happen and you can get sloshed, so ideally a good walking shopping area to sober up in.
