This shit sucks. I want to eat clean and health, and sometimes I do for like 1 day and I literally cave greasy pizza and burgers.

WTF is wrong with me? How do I eat clean and not crave this shit?

That sort of works.
Being handed an order in 5 minutes versus spending 30 minutes creating it in a kitchen is like the difference between a handjob and masturbation. And fast food always tastes so different it's almost unsubstitutable. Like trying to stop craving candy by brewing your own coffee or something.
Home cooking does nothing to make the cravings go away, it only helps because every time you do it then you're not eating fast food that meal.

the time it takes you to drive to the fast food joint, wait in line, wait for the order, get your food and drive home isn't as long as the time it takes to cook an omelet

It still takes over an hour of preparation and clean up and about 2+ hours of mental downtime and exhaustion that follow. I'm the best non career chef in the world and a gastronomist. My knowledge means nothing if I don't have the time or energy to apply it.

Really not any better than fast food. I threw out my microwave a while ago. There's no reheating in a microwave that can't be done in an oven or on a stove if you're not retarded. And it'll be much better than some unevenly cooked gross crap from a microwave.

You don't have to cook a turkey for every meal, shit!
Throw dried pasta into a pot of boiling water, drain it, and dump a jar of pasta sauce into the pot after. 3 steps, takes like 20 minutes. Use a timer in your phone so you don't have to stand by the stove.

I'm not one of the retards who lives like that. But everyone has easy opportunities to give into fast food, like stopping at a place that isn't busy while driving home from work.
And people with too much money or too little respect for it just have anything they want delivered to their door now.
However good or healthy or cost efficient home cooking is it, fast food still has its own addictive draw.

Figure out what macros/micros you are actually craving and make a healthier alternative. If it's fat then a cheese, spring onion and tomato omelette with buttery toast.

Sweet stuff: dried fruit

Chocolate: leafy greens/nuts

Etc etc

unironically for the least amount of effort invest in an air fryer and focus on getting creative
if you're autistic enough you'll start to feel a sense of accomplishment

ex. fish and veggies using (1) air fryer + microwave
>line air fryer with foil; oil bottom with xtra virgin olive oil, add thawed tilapia filets
>season with creole seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes if you like it hot
>air-fry at 400 for 10~15 min

>put frozen assorted vegetables in bowl with butter
>microwave for 6 min
>when done, add garlic pepper seasoning (with salt) and toss it around a bit

Doesn’t stop fast food cravings. I cook every day and on occasion I just want to NOT cook and NOT do dishes while craving kfc or something.

Stop eating all fast food for a month. No processed foods at all. Just cook your own meals and only use fresh ingredients. The next time you try fast food... it will taste like the cheap artificially flavored garbage it truly is, and you will recognize it

Then resist the cravings. Literally that's it. It's what made me stop eating fast food. For assistance, perhaps look up one of the many documentaries or articles detailing what actually goes into some of those food items. If you want to kick the cravings, you will. If you don't, you won't
