I made a pizza for dinner but didn't see the thread till after it was eaten. I made the crust using leftover bread dough I had from making a loaf yesterday. It wasn't a perfect crust but still tasted good enough for a stand-in crust. It had white cheddar, olives, onions, and garlic on it.

This is the last one I made, it's half leftover chicken fajita (fried onions, pepper and chicken with a bunch of spices) and half prawn, crushed garlic and black olives, with a homemade BBQ sauce base. Very tasty.

it's just a normal 65% hydration dough. the important part is pulling the dough ball out of the fridge early and letting it get very warm and relaxed before shaping.
for sauce i mostly drain can of diced tomatoes, add some salt added and buzz it with a stick blender. it's enough for two 12-14" pizzas. it was cooked on a stone close to the ceiling of a 600 degree oven.
