dont know im danish. we pick a lot of mushrooms, and use them mostly for stews, sauces and late summer/winter food. we are very lucky because we only have 3 lethal species - Amanita pantherina, Amanita phalloides and Amanita virosa, wich are very easy to identify. the most popular mushrooms here are chanterelles and most of the pipe hats. the most popular pipe hat is "Karl Johan" i cant remember the english name for it but the latin name is Boletus edulis.
