Do some push ups and sit ups until you can't do any more. You won't feel hungry again for a little while. When the hunger returns, repeat the process until you're dead.

When I was doing fasting the strong hunger pangs were easy to ignore. It was the minor hunger pangs that always got me. It's not hard to do consistently but I always felt terrible when I did it.

did you get nausea or chills whenever you ignored hunger pangs?

if you add half a quarter tsp of sugar at a time, it's less than 5 calories so you can round it down to zero according to the FDA.

no one mentioned anything about adding sugar except you and that guy who said fit people knew nothing but cheat

I would get nauseous or it might have been light-headedness whenever I would stand up after sitting for a while definitely. I'm not sure how people can do prolonged fasts if they need be on their feet to work.

I eat 800 calories a day and I feel like blacking out every time I stand up. I don't even do anything physical apart from some cardio and yoga. My brain is mush and my heart is usually racing. Cutting is hell but it's a hell that pays off.

It takes around 12 hours to deplete your glycogen to the point your body will start to switch from glycogen (carbohydrates) as a primary fuel source to ketones (fat) as a primary fuel source. It takes a leap of faith to stop eating completely, but I promise you that around the 18 hour mark you'll have passed through the hunger barrier and feel fine. This is best done overnight since you're asleep so can't think about being hungry. As of typing this I'm 21 hours into my current fast and don't feel hungry. Obviously my stomach feels empty and I COULD eat something, but I'm not craving food.

Do NOT think that eating a small meal will help you. What it'll do is keep your body burning glycogen as fuel when you don't have any. Because your body can't get at its fat reserves, it'll then start eating non-fat parts of you like your muscles. This is why fasting is better for burning fat than low-calorie; you literally cannot burn off fat if you consistently eat.

Here's an excellent video on the topic.
