Buy De Cecco, its the other "big" supermarket pasta brand that you could find at most places, at least here in EU, its usually just a tiny bit more expensive, but in my experience, their shit is much better
Their olive oil is also pretty much the best, from all the widespread supermarket brands around here

I like to make the sauce, and then use the sauce as the water for my pasta, but get this, I don't strain or drain. I put the raw pasta mixed with the finished sauce into the oven. I bake my pasta with the sauce AS the water. I use thick sauce too. it's almost like making a wet pizza. The oven bakes the pasta into being soft with the sauce AS the water. When it's done I don't drain or rinse, I just let it cool and serve it.

It's amazing once I got the hang of it. Never boiled pasta ever again.
