Everyone saying it's too much vinegar, well that's what it's supposed to be like, it's a chili vinegar essentially. While there's no such thing as an all-purpose hot sauce, Tabasco, Frank's, Tapatio, Cholula, Valentina, etc are all fine. I personally prefer Tabasco but I love vinegar and I grew up with it. They're all good in their own way. If I were to try and be objective as one can be about hot sauce preferences, which isnt a real thing possible, I would say Cholula is the best of the major main brands.
