Okay so I'm currently in treatment for anorexia and I have to eat anywhere between 5000 to 8000 calories a day to gain weight.

This is fucking impossible, I feel sick every moment of the day because I'm so full, I can barely move because of the painful bloating and I can barely enjoy food anymore. How do these fat cunts eat this much every day and enjoy it. They can't be fucking real

It's a lifelong type of deal. As your body adjusts to the pain and hurt of gorging yourself everyday, you become accustomed biologically to intake more than you could a year ago. So as this goes on, people can maintain a steady 250+ if they decide to continue their lifestyle. Twenty years in and you find yourself at 400lbs just because your body starts to burn multiple k's of calories a day by merely existing. The pins and needles, burning sensations, and heart attack/stroke warning effects of your body dying are diminished and replaced with dopamine esque pathways in your mind telling you that it's good. This is sort of a half assed explanation but it's actually easier to eat food the fatter you get. The body compensates for it automatically, assuming you can get to that point in the first place of not kysing before then for being a fat piece of shit.

What does your daily routine even look like to get 5000 let alone 8000 fucking kcal per day? I feel like you would need to drink cooking oil and eat nothing but candy and french fries to get that high. Just calculate your TDEE and figure out how much you need to eat for turbo weight gain, around 3 pounds per week. Go for calorie bombs that are still good for you and won’t fuck your insides, like chickpeas and nuts, but eat some junk food if you must since you need to get heavier. If you keep eating 5000 a day you’ll probably gain too much and go right back to undereating

The golden rule for my weight loss was that anything with white flour or mayo wasn’t real good. Look. Don't search for an easy solution. It may sound extremely obvious but a lot of people don't really realize that: calories do not equal how filling the food is. Use this basic knowledge to your advantage. Unprocessed meat might look like it has a decent amount of calories but it is more filling than any of the carb garbage you can get your hands on.
But you can't just keep eating cooked chicken breast all the time. So you add in rice or buckwheat (any of that is better than pasta), some veggies that you like, some fruit. Etc. Avoid anything made of flour, you don't need it in your life, at least not on the regular basis. Avoid drinking calories.

I swear, if you commit to it, that is more than enough to reach a healthy weight and you won't have to starve yourself. But getting used to it will take some time, a lot of time if you're not used to cooking for yourself.

At my biggest (6' 355lbs now 215) I had the same meal for dinner every night. On my way home from work I'd swing through McDonald's and get 2 big macs, 2 of the signature crispy sandwiches (usually the BBQ bacon), a 20pc nugget with 4 assorted sauces, a large fry, large coke with no ice, and a large chocolate shake. Every single night. I'd get home, start a movie, smoke a bowl or two, and by the time the credits rolled every bit of it was gone. Eat in moderation. Fruit is packed with sugars, but they do provide good amounts of fiber. If you want to pack your stomach with good food with low calories, try soups and roasted veggies. Don't do salad. Their dressings are usually 50% oil, and you're better off eating a steak at that point. Don't do any super buttery soups either, since that's basically putting you at square one as well.

I'm fat and I feel the same way, I'm constantly full, after meals I feel sick because I eat too much and also because I never eat when I'm hungry, I'm always full or bloated before I eat. Sometimes I do water fasts and I usually am hungry only after 36 hours or so at which point I overeat and make myself sick.
I cook all of my food and so my food is delicious since it mostly fits my taste and so eating a lot of it isn't so difficult, I also eat very energy dense food since I cook with lard and also cook with a lot of fat on my meat cuts so it's only when I'm binging that I usually feel very sick to the point where my enjoyment of food is ruined, otherwise I usually just regret eating the food afterwards.
Basically the only thing that makes me happy in my life is eating so every time that I've found a way to justify eating i.e 12 pm and 7 pm I'm going to go all out in eating because it makes me that happy at least relative to my miserable life.
One thing I've noticed in this though is that for some people eating food can make them vomit reflexively and so I can understand why those people are confused about how much food I can eat but really I eat a very energy dense diet, it's not like I'm eating 5000 calories of salad a day, I also enjoy the taste of fat and oil.
