I bought a rather expensive rare book in English published by the Yunnan Bingcha company all about how to make it, cooked and raw, but that's too much of a process. Anyway I have been collecting puerhs since like before 2000, I have about 50 pounds, all types. Some day I'll post my stash on the tea general. But in short that's too complicated for now.

My wife likes my home grown tea as much as most any other except Nai Xiang, which is her fave and I am not sure how to make it properly yet.
