I pretty much always take them out of the casings, so I think that's what I'm gonna do. You know what I think I'm gonna just do a sausage latke hash, because I made way too many of those fuckers yesterday and I don't see myself eating them as they are anytime soon.

Normally chop them for spaghetti or tortellini sometimes remove the casing and use them as mince for the sauce instead of slices

Everytime I see this type of packaged sausage I think of the sausage I left in my fridge for months and some weird growths started bursting through the casing, making it look like a fat girl's leg inside of fishnets. It was so gross.
