Where my kombucha bros at? Love how it cleans my bowel and colon. If you love having a squeaky clean colon and bowel kombucha is the stuff.

Eat more fruit and veggie fiber. I din't eat fruit and veg for a long time and I had dry rabbit shits once every 2 or 3 days. Now I make sure to eat veg for breakfast and dinner and have fruit as a snack and I take huge serpentine shits every single morning, it's insane

IDK about any health effects but I tried some of my store's brand kombucha on sale a while ago and I've since bought it quite a few times. An extra fizzy ginger drink appeals to me greatly and then I can reuse the bottles since they're of high quality.
