While nice solid turds are ideal and make wiping up afterwards a breeze, which is actually the norm for me because I eat FIBER in my diet, diarrhea is preferably over constipation. I'd rather have liquid/sludge shit than to suffer the excruciating pain of passing gigantic newborn baby sized turds.

I have only had that twice in my life and I'd rather have diarrhea on a regular basis than go through that again.

hello, IBS anon here. it's not just about eating vegetables and getting fiber- i got salmonella when i was 14 and never got a scrap of medical attention. my guts went downhill from there due to the physical damage. no more regular milk, onions, bell pepper, or mushrooms for me. :( i miss regular food so badly but my asshole turns into the worst kind of fountain if i eat good stuff too many days in a row. i will pretty much forever be stuck on meal replacement drinks, eggs, and meat until i die.
still won't be having kids though, my diet isn't conducive to a healthy environment for kids and would probably give the little goblins eating disorders.
