Sometimes I watch videos of people reviewing disney food and 99% looks like they're too expensive for what you get.

But, I've had food in theme parks and it is overpriced but not bad most of the time. I remember I went to see the harry potter park at Island of Adventure when it recently opened and had some BBQ ribs that were pretty bomb.

You have to be a manchild with rose tinted glasses or be with a kid to actually like Disney world in any capacity. Universal studios is almost the same caliber and has such on point themeing and (forgive my zoomerism) vibes that you get more enjoyment out of it for a better price. If your budget is lower though there’s still plenty of great parks you can go to without having to go to Florida. Six Flags kind of sucks for themeing or any sort of mojo beyond rides but those coasters are great for a few rides and the food isn’t half bad and much cheaper than Disney.

Cruises are what you make of it. Much of the spending isn't mandatory and you get to visit many different places and not have to worry about accommodations. The one I went on with my grandparents had this retired history professor give daily lectures about the next island we would visit. Excursions can be very fun but are expensive. Some cruise lines don't stop at port for very long and those are more consoomer oriented but not all of them are like that.
