His personality just annoys me desu, it's that simple. I have nothing against what he does but he grates on me. He seems to have a very high opinion of himself but tries to hedge it behind some faux humility. I also think like many home cook YouTubers he seems to have an inferiority complex for having not ever been a "real" cook. Being on the line does not automatically make you a good cook.
