There's a reason mint is used to flavor toothpaste dumb dumb. It's because it's "refreshing" which is exactly what ice-cream is supposed to be. Like a cold refreshing lemonade or cold beer. Mint chocolate chip is the way ice-cream is meant to be. But tastelets only associate mint with toothpaste and since they despise hygiene so much thats why they hate it.
