OP where did you get that image? The more I look at it the more I fear god.
If you look close enough it looks like it's plastic, or a really high detailed drawing. Then you start to notice weird aspects like the toast being tiny as heck. Is this a computer generated image made by some AI that wants to britbong post?

Yeah i'm a bit confused why it's there.
I do believe some fellow Brits have a bit of marmalade on toast as a bit of a post-fry up desert. But it's not common since most people are full at that point

Black pudding is not essential but very nice. Other things, I can take or leave. There has to be some kind of potato though. Chips are superior to all the others. People who say no chips with an English breakfast are the most annoying fuckers.
