Never been to Heart Attack Grill, but across the street from it is a bar called Park which has some excellent vibes and great bar food - at least it did a few years ago, things change fast in Vegas. Vegas strip also has a White Castle, only one near the west coast. Worth checking out. Also recommend Steak n Shake at South Point Casino for burgers - cheap and greasy, but it's about three miles south of the main drag, which is a downside. Egg Slut in the Cosmopolitan is decent for breakfast. If you're on the strip and need beer, go to Walgreens or another drug store. You can just walk around with your beer so why not pay rock bottom prices.

You'll need to take a cab to get to Heart Attack Grill from there, as it's on Fremont Street. Do not miss out going to Fremont Street. It's fucking great, cheap, boozy, loud. Back to Cosmopolitan, lines are Egg Slut are long, but some say it's worth the wait. Grab a drink at the main bar at Cosmo too, the one with the crazy chandeliers everywhere. They usually have interesting cocktails.
