As a mexican I feel this so much. Every time I try mexican food anywhere else but Mexico it's either not spicy at all or just so spicy the rest of the plate is tasteless.

I grew reapers and Trinidad scorpions last year along with a bunch of basic stuff like jalapenos and serrano. Don't know if I'm going to this year, I still have pickled peppers from last year as no one I know but me likes spicy food. Also it's still snowing occasionally at the end of April because fuck.
