I only eat pizza without cheese. If a slice has cheese, I take the toppings off, take the cheese off, and put the toppings back on before eating it.

Between crust, sauce or cheese, what makes or breaks a pizza? And by that I mean what one component could be good enough to make up for the other two being complete shit? I hate Papa John’s for example, its trash. But I can tolerate it because there’s something about their cheese blend that works.

Fruits and vegetables are far better on pizza than meat.
It’s like Texmex vs Californian Mexican. One is so loaded with meat and cheese and grease that you feel like you’re gonna die after you eat a few slices. The other is lighter but still filling, and has way more depth in flavor and possible combinations. I’m an olives and pineapple guy myself

A pineapple pizza goes great with either parmesan or feta cheese

I think my favorite meatless pizzas though is green olives, red onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese, and then the other being pineapple, red onion, and parmesan, and I like to dip that one in ranch

For god's sake can someone please tell me how to make a GREASY CRUNCHY THIN CRUST PIZZA!? I love mozza cheese and am open to exploring other cheese types, mainly just want pepperoni, with a good rich flavourful homemade sauce.
