his girlfriend wife or whatever had him eating a vegan diet before he started, which probably did significant harm to his body. Not saying the mcdonalds is healthy but it probably fucked him up far worse switching from one extreme to another.

He was literally the worst possible test subject for that experiment, going from a vegan diet to the McDonald's diet would be a massive system shock and taint the results.

he wouldn't have even gained that much if he just did OMAD in the morning. Instead he was constantly getting heavy insulin spikes from all those carbs which of course was going to result in a bunch of weight gain.

Well then they should put out a hit on him.

I bet McDonalds didn't sue because they would get exposed for other stuff. Plus, no one remembers this movie or this guy.

Really no one ever tried to say it's healthy to eat unlimited McDonalds and nothing else, he proved very little.

It's funny when you see him go tumbling out of his car to vomit when he first tries a Big Mac. It's so fucking obvious the guy is hungover and fucked up as shit for 90% of the film.

He could've just gotten small meals with no soda or ordered a la carte and not gained any weight, but he was shooting a movie.
He was always going to feel like shit though, just imagine the deficiencies.

Fast food places started showing the calorie content of the items on the board in the aftermath, so now you can make more educated decisions. Pretty good outcome imo

Is it? I haven't watched it since I was 12. That being said, you can eat McDonald's every day. My parents got fast food every night because they were starting a small business when I was a kid and substituted easy tasty food for hands-on parenting. Took a while to break that habit, but it's not like I was exhausted and malnourished like Spurlock purported.
