My roommate cooked the chicken i left in the fridge but did not add any seasonings to it at all, just plain chicken. I was going to marinate it but he fucked it up. What can i do to fix this?

Use it to top salads, use in soups, as filling for sandwiches (club, chicken salad, whatever) or wraps, shred it by hand, heat with barbecue sauce, throw cheese on top, place between two buns, call it pulled chicken... all is not lost. While flavorless chicken is boring, it can be added to shit to make it less so.

Slice it and toss it on italian bread with tomato sauce and a provolone/mozzarella mix.
Toast in an oven and top with fresh basil.
As long as you season your tomato sauce, it's golden.

If you have a food processor, add the chicken to it, some spices, whatnot, some sour cream or mayo, whatnot and you will have either a dip or a pate.

Alternatively, you can make chicken salad, or stuff some crepes or tacos with it..also chicken pot pie.

Turn it into a chicken sandwich, like a faux nashville hot. You won't have the crispiness but the spiced oil should be more than enough to overcome any lack of seasoning. Melt some butter/oil over medium heat, add some paprika, cayenne, a little brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, and some hot sauce and either drizzle it over your chicken or stir your chicken in the flavored oil. Add to a toasted bun with some dill pickle slices.

I'm brown, and I eat food with a lot of spice. That said, food cooked by Europeans is different, not flavourless. I was once invited, when I was in the US for a while, to a German-American couple's house, and the wife made me Kartoffelklöße or something like that. Really good shit, despite not being overly spicy. Subtle flavours, but delicious.
