Soda isn't that great, but processed sugars are easy to eat, generally have nice flavours and your body breaks them down into fat easy.
But you can also just eat KFC and McDonald's for fat too, which is why I said ice cream/dairy. Fat is ~9 calories per gram and carbs/proteins are ~4. If you're going to be eating to gain weight you really don't need to care about nutrition or macros, just eat a but of variety.

I like puffed rice, but it's hard to find around here.

A few years ago, one grocery store in a town about 35 miles away sold it. One Sunday afternoon when I went to town, I bought every package they had. Then again the next Sunday.

I guess they must have figured that since they couldn't keep it in stock, they didn't need to carry it. That was the last time anyone around here sold it.

So now, it is either rice krispies or bran flakes for me.

Yeah. They did the same thing with my favorite cherry cider and the packages of saffron rice.

Fortunately, I could go to WalMart for the saffron rice.

The first time I went through the self checkout at WalMart, all I bought was ten packages of saffron rice. Much later, I got to thinking that buying ten packages of the same inexpensive item was suspicious, that more likely the customer was scanning a cheap item over and over.

In USA and UK probably. Not sure about European countries but the probably trend is getting them there. Middle east, Maghreb, and Asia have the best (cultural traditional) breakfasts though.

You do realize most thin people have several meals a day, right? If you can't imagine someone having several meals a day without going into a caloric surplus, you eat like a pig.

>> No.15997624

A "meal" is usually at least 400 calories, several times that is over most peoples BMR. Why do you just straight up lie for when it's obvious?

1200 calories is half the TDEE of an average adult male doing light exercise. Nice eating disorder you have there.

And that's 3 meals, several is usually 7 or more and like I said, a meal is usually at *least* 400 calories
Nice maths skills you have there. At least correct your lie instead of doubling down.

Three meals are several meals already, you stupid cunt. Even four meals of 600 calories each correlate with the TDEE of a normal moderately active man, roastie.

The term is most common in biochemistry, where it is a synonym of saccharide, a group that includes sugars, starch, and cellulose. The saccharides are divided into four chemical groups: monosaccharides, disaccharides, oligosaccharides, and polysaccharides. Monosaccharides and disaccharides, the smallest (lower molecular weight) carbohydrates, are commonly referred to as sugars.[1] The word saccharide comes from the Greek word σάκχαρον (sákkharon), meaning "sugar".[2] While the scientific nomenclature of carbohydrates is complex, the names of the monosaccharides and disaccharides very often end in the suffix -ose, which was originally taken from glucose (gluekos), and is used for almost all sugars e.g. fructose (fruit sugar), sucrose (cane or beet sugar), ribose, amylose, lactose (milk sugar) etc.

Lol, not only you had to arbitrarily decide that "several" means a specific number to save face but you chose a ridiculous high number of meals that most people don't have. Also you had to arbitrarily attribute a high number of calories to all of the already arbitrarily high number of meals in the hopes of having a point. And last but not least, this was a goalpost move from your post where you claimed three meals make you fat.
Seething dumb bitch.
