What goes well with alligator? Would a roast with simple potatoes / onion be good? Or I was thinking of making a curry / stir fry.

everythings worth trying once. just keep your expectations low. remember, if it tasted that great then it would be in your local grocery store.

fried alligator is awesome. there's a place in florida, not gatorland, but some knock-off, that sells fried gator with some kind of sauce(closest thing i can think of is chick-fil-a sauce). shit is great.

also, i have op's video.

Where I live alligator is usually breaded and deep fried and served with other deep fried seafood like redfish, shrimp, oysters and crawfish tails, maybe some fries and/or hush puppies alongside
