Me and my girlfriend were visting her parents in Arizona we were coming from CA. as soon as wee crossed the state line omg so much Variety. Shake Shake, Road house, Whataburger stuff we never see in CA.

Anyway I get excited and say lets try Whataburger for the first time. The menu was huge a little too big imo, But I get a mushroom burger that was on the popular list or whatever. My gf gets a Avocado burger. Also a Large fry

So first off the fries we got looked like a small not a large so bummer. As soon as I took a bight of my mushroom burger I was like bleh. This was the saltiest burger ive ever tasted in my life is was bad. My gf burger didnt taste that good either.

For a first time thing was really let down. I think the menu is waaaaaaay too big so much so that I think it brings down the quality of the food. I would try another one another time but man it was a let down.

Just tried Whataburger for the first time 2 weeks ago on vacation in Florida. Just went with a whataburger with cheese and large fries. It was good, nothing mind-blowing. The fries were good, but below mcdonalds, arbys, rallys five guys. The burger kind of just reminded me of a whopper without the flame broiled flavor. Next time I go I'll branch out and customize the burger with some grilled onions mushrooms and a sauce or something and it would probably be dope. Wish I had one nearby though, seems like a great option.

As someone who eats Whataburger at least once a week. When you've eaten there enough, you get everything on the menu, you realize the real power of Whataburger is modding your own burgers. Its like Sonic, you make it your way. Everything is up to you, they don't tell you how many options you have

With Jalapenos
With mushrooms
add bacon
Burn the meat
Jalapeno biscuit instead of normal biscuit
Pepperjack cheese instead of normal(not sure they still have this one)
Shredded cheese instead of normal
Add more bun oil to the bun
Add cheese
Add double cheese
Grilled Jalapeno
Put bacon inside of the pancakes
Give me an egg sandwich but Jalapenos inside of the eggs
