/fit/ here in desperate need of help.

What are some low calorie foods which fill you up?
>shiritaki noodles
$3 per packet and I can't eat $15 worth of plain noodles daily
>spinach
$3 for 200g I can't eat $300 spinach per day

At the moment the only thing I eat is chicken breast or tuna with cabbage with a spoonful of tomato passata.

In the morning I make up a whey protein isolate shake + skim milk powder and then dilute that one shake into 3L of liquid which I drink throughout the day.

I can't run on a treadmill for 60 minutes or ride a bike 50km per day like Greg Doucette literally all his low calorie foods are useless in me.

Get into stir frying, you can make it as low-cal as you want to and it's alot better than eating salads.

They say that food with strong flavours make you feel more full than food with a milder flavour at same amounts. Not sure if that's true but putting spices whenever you can won't increase your calorie intake so you may as well try it out.
Something that works for me is variety. If I eat 200g of the same thing I won't quite be as fullfilled as eating 200g of different things. So consider buying a lot of different vegetables, if you don't know how to cook them, just roasting them in the oven makes almost every vegetable delicious.

>> No.15915445

why don't you just not eat? stop being a slave to your stomach growling or you're ngmi.

Greg doucet posts a lot about this, you just have to get used to eating less. veggies have a low cal density and MSG is your friend.

Potatoes are very filling I find.
I mainly eat lean meats with lots of sauteed veggies or large salads. I've lost a decent amount of weight eating like this.
Joe Delaney has a video about volume eating, which is exactly what you're asking for

LOL what a bunch of western fucking pansies.
Interesting vid though, I had no idea they had that much meat on them. Guess that explains why they eat them in some cultures.

The cheapest nutritionally dense food item would be whey protein powder. Other meats as protein source are relatively expensive.
For losing weight while evading hunger do keto.
