It's just iced tea at this point. Make the tea a little strong. Get a flavored syrup if you want, but you can just use sweetened condensed milk. Basic bitch version would be black bagged tea, ice, milk, maybe a little simple syrup made with half light brown sugar. I like a rose green tea with Monin rose syrup, and a little white sugar.

Pretty easy actually.
Step 1) Aquire necessary materials. Sugar, milk, ice, blender, desired flavouring, glass.
Step 2) Find the nearest dick
Step 3) Suck on it
Step 4) Pour ice into the glass so you know how much you need to make then pour that ice from the glass into the blender
Step 5) Find another dick (cannot be the same as previous for sanitary reasons)
Step 6) Insert dick into your anus
Step 7) Pour in the milk so it goes slightly above the ice
Step 8) For ever 100ml of milk add two teaspoons of sugar and blend.

Black tea of any kind. You're not gonna taste it anyway. Taro root powder. Make syrup out of brown sugar, water and honey - cool off in freezer while you make tea. Mix tea and taro root powder, a few spoonfulls, I do 6 for a very large cup. Mix it all and add milk + ice.

If adding balls, only extra step is after making balls, put in syrup before freezer. ezpz
