I'm trying to overhaul my diet. I'm fat and mostly eat carbs, which has left me depressed and lethargic.

Start eating a 1600 a day calorie diet. cut out bread, rice, potato.
breakfast: two pieces of toast with jam or peanut butter
lunch and dinner: meat choice, a boiled egg, vegetables (baby spinach, lettuce, an onion)
meat choice is a piece of chicken breast, or steak, turn mince beef into burgers, a couple of drumsticks, lamb chop, pork chop etc. like 200 to 300g.
use something like myfitnesspal to count them.
do a 30 minute walk every day then start going to a gym and doing proper cardio & some machine weights.

this is the most retarded advice imaginable, not to mention contradictory
good fucking luck cutting calories that drastically if youre gonna spike your blood sugar first thing in the morning then survive on protein for the rest of the day and repeat, this kind of "diet" is why people stay fat its not feasible to execute
blood sugar has to remain steady, meaning you either keep eating carbs throughout the day or cut them out entirely. loading up on carbs once a day is a terrible fucking advice

>200g mince or chicken
200g beef mince is way more calories than 200g chicken (boneless) you mong. Stop giving dieting advice, you're bad at it.
Even if you know the details, look at what you are typing.
