1) Lost context that no one can know. Just stupid fucking celebrity rumors. Who cares?
2) If he WERE a sociopath, he would not get stressed and therefore angry enough that he actually hits someone and have this never happen again. His persona was developed as an angry asshole, but as far as anyone can tell, its just a persona.
3) Although he could be an asshole and I would not be surprised either way, this is literally impossible to know unless you have sat down with him in a clinical setting and interviewed him at length with precise questions so why does anyone ever try to play these retarded guessing games with famous people? Everything about their lives is manufactured and edited, and even that says absolutely nothing about their real personality.
