Just make overnight oats with water instead of milk/yogurt, add chia seeds and some berries and it tastes great.

Almond milk works just as well. Try stirring in some applesauce and/or peanut butter, those are cheap and they impart a great creamy texture.

Also pureed pumpkin, any fruit puree, jam, preserves, if you have a favorite nondairy margarine/spread, try throwing some of that into it. Your options are endless OP, dairy is just for people who lack creativity.

Coconut milk works well on grits, probably works well on oatmeal as well (though you'll want to water it down a bit if you get the good stuff). Otherwise just cook them in water and add whatever you like after they're done cooking.

muesli + plain greek yogurt, add fruit preserves or maple syrup or something to sweeten it if you want
greek yogurt is fine for lactose sensitive people

if you have literally nothing else, just boil the oats in water until it becomes a sludge you can drink for enough sustenance to get something better

You use oatmilk or rice milk, both of which are nondairy but naturally sweet.

we're talking about dried grain, it's been eaten in winter since the invention of agriculture. your ancestors before then didn't live long enough/eat enough processed foods for colon cancer to be a real risk.

the farming of grains (for the slave masses) brought about all degenerative disease. the Inuit, the Masai, the Fulani, no degenerative diseases at all until eating the White man's garbage. lol.

>> No.15811220

>>15810911
The noble Inuit's found ZERO cases of colon cancer. Same with Amerindians, every colonoscopy preformed by the elders showed ZERO polyps. Guts clean as a luge-ski run, all recorded in cave painting and oral traditions. That was, until the white man came and gave them Honey Buns.
