That's objectively correct, from the civilized nations, only amerimutts/anglos(same shit) prefer beef, and they are notorious fore their garbage taste
Pork objectively is the tastiest meat in the world

If I had to choose between pork and beef, I’d choose beef.

If I had to choose between beef and chicken, I’d choose chicken.

If I had to choose between chicken and lamb, I’d choose lamb.

If I had to choose between lamb and fish, I’d choose fish.

It may just be my classist upbringing, but outside of bacon and slow roasted pork butt, any meal based on pork was considered low class. Chicken is considered a leaner and more succulent meal for us.

How cheap is pork there, cos I'm definitely moving to your state then. Here, you can buy a kilo of chicken legs for likeness than half the price of the cheapest pork cut. Chicken breasts are a bit more expensive

It depends on the cut, the only one I buy is pork butt/shoulder which is generally $10-$12 for bone in, when slow cooked lasts like 4-5 days for lunch and dinner. Chicken is about $12 for 4 lbs of breast, a bit less for the same amount of thighs. I like the taste of chicken better regardless, but it also lasts for the same amount of time, but I feel chicken is a better “base” when cooking with other ingredients such as a stew, stir fry, slow cook, etc.

pork, more variety and better tasting on its own.
>Beef vs chicken?
chicken, tastier and easier to raise as a personal food source.
>Chicken vs lamb?
chicken, lamb stinks and is gross when it's cold.
>Lamb vs fish?
fish, no contest. crab, lobster, scallops, mussels, cod, halibut, tuna, etc...

Unless you know a cut of beef that approximates bacon, then I do believe pork outclasses beef for the range of products you get from it.
