What are some anti-keto recipes? I just recently did a blood test after a month of keto and my testosterone is lower than my wife's bull and my wife. I need to carb up.

Ketosis as a state is completely fine. If you don't eat for a while, you enter ketosis. If you reduce carbs, you'll enter ketosis. What IS stupid though is basing your entire diet on <20 g of carbs to permenantly enter ketosis. These guys can't even eat fruit and only have lettuce (no peppers, onions etc.) because then they would slip out of ketosis. Humans don't live like that.

No animals on eat permanently enter ketosis. No animal also selectively chooses to enter ketosis in this manner. I slip into ketosis not because I go <20 g over carbs but because I eat x2 a day. Basing your entire diet on freaking out over carb is ridiculous.
