Fried chicken (try a few party buckets), doner kebabs, big tubs of chocolate ice cream, Baileys Irish Cream, pizza, greasy curry and loads of naan bread

I was a 450 lb man for 1/2 my adult life.

Breakfast
>4 soft fried eggs
>2-4 biscuits
>gravy
>6 pieces of bacon or sausage
>milk or OJ
Watch tv for 3 hours
>1/3 box of cheez itz as a snack
Watch tv for 30 minutes before lunch
>1 pound of queso dip
>1/2 a bag or 3/4 bag of Doritos
>sandwich with mostly bread
>drink only soda and never plain water
Game for 2-4 hours
>snack on more cheese it’s or peanut butter on crackers
Dinner time, you have options but you should eat 1-3 pounds of food of each

>nachos
>chili cheese tots or fries
>tacos
>chili dogs/hot dogs
>more corn syrup fizzy drink!
Dessert
>fried pie warmed up in the Oven and the slathered with cherries and ice cream

Don’t forget to snack on more chips or pringles before bedtime.

This is definitely the answer. My ex wife loved my pizzas and I would make 2 sometimes 3 large grandma pies a day, we both got really fat. Also I felt like shit most of the time and just wanted to be lazy all the time because of all the flour and fat I consumed. Wouldn't recommend.
