A friend would cook chicken live in a halogen convection oven and would always look forward to making them. I think those halogen ovens are like mini plug in convection ovens. Guess an air fryer nowadays would be the equivalent?

melt some butter in a pan, add onions and cook them at low heat until they're soft. You can add some herbs/spices (I like thyme, juniper, and sage). Remove the onions, add livers and more butter. When they're fully cooked add the onions, stir everything and then plate it.
