McChickens are pretty much the perfect food.

McChickens are mostly filler, we’ve gone over this extensively. And it’s not even real chicken, it’s that paste you get by grinding up baby chicks.

What? The easiest possible home meal I can think of is literally 3 ingredients:
>chicken breast (stove top)
>broccoli (oven)
>rice (rice cooker)

If you want to get fancy, you can add cheddar to your broccoli, making it a grand total of 4 ingredients.

No I don't include seasonings or oil as ingredients because fuck you, that's why.

I made a chili that is lasting me a week. Used wholesale ground beef that was under 3 dollars a pound. The rest was dirt cheap ingredients.
The chili is versatile and reheats beautifully. Can use it on any carb.

You just have a fucking mcchicken, that gets gross after 10 minutes.

By the way, this meal is incredibly cheap and also takes a shorter amount of time than it takes to drive to your local McDonald's, place an order, pick it up and drive back to your home, unless you literally live right next to McDonald's.

>but it tastes bad! I want more flavor!
Then add more ingredients and seasonings like butter, milk/cream, soy sauce, garlic/onion powder, etc. Also, cook better.

>How does his McChicken get old in 10 minutes when you're eating 7 day old chili? Grow up.
This is a question you should be asking McDonald's, not him. If food quality degrades in 10 minutes versus 1 week, that's bad on the part of the former.
>ordering and pickup is efficient and easy!
I guarantee you I can cook something (1) healthier (2) cheaper (3) still delicious in the time it takes you to put on your slippers, start your car, drive to McDonald's, pickup, come back, park, etc.
>fast food is good for variety
This is the stupidest shit I have ever heard. Variety = differing amounts of ground beef, cheese and bacon between two buns? You can OBVIOUSLY cook with way more variety at home than you could get at fast food, even if you don't buy "in bulk," whatever that means.

That's just how it be. Every time I try to eat fast food at home it's always shit. I don't like eating in the car because it's disgusting. Fries are cold and the sandwich is soggy. Meanwhile my chili always reheats amazingly and actually tastes better as it ages. It doesn't make sense but that's just how it be.

>> No.15748984

>>15748314
It makes perfect sense. The flavors in your chili diffuse over time, making it more flavorful. Crunchy, hot fries get cold and absorb their excess grease, making them chewy and not nearly as good. A sandwich, made of hot and cold ingredients, becomes mushy and loses all of its texture when packed for a long time. Should lettuce and tomato be the same temperature as the meat, and should all of their textures be the same? Absolutely not, but that's what happens over time when they're wrapped in foil.
