what's the best dive bar you've ever been to /ck/?

Pic related, every time I've been here someone tried to sell me coke but the beers are so cheap and they make an incredible steak sandwich.

stayed in china for a while, found an expat bar

>meatlovers pizza, $4 USD
>buckets of rum and coke, $3 USD per
>smoking allowed
$20 would get you blackout drunk as well as completely full
only downside was that there was a lot of puke in the urinals

i've been to so many throughout the years. all over the world. But one that sticks out is a shitty bar in Tacoma Wa, that I normally wouldnt take a second glance at. The "best" beer they had was Pabst, (really good price anyway) I don't even think they had anythign on tap. But they had a whole upstairs where no one went. The whole front was a window where you could look donw on the street and a freind of mine spent a whole night getting trashed, playing pool and quarters while watching drug deals go down in the empty lot across the street.

I look back now and think maybe he was trying to fuck me. It didn't occur to me then. I was married, and this was just a friend I hung out with at work. GOD I was naieve.

There's this place in the local ghetto where my black friends keep taking me that I've come to like a lot.

Now it's out of business apparently and nothing of value was lost. I don't know if that bartender was the owner, but he was an asshole for no reason. Also fuck that kid, we were literally just playing pool and hanging out.
