What's the difference between marmite and vegemite? Also, how are you supposed to eat them?

Marmite is much stickier and it runs like honey. Vegemite doesn't run at all. Marmite is more dense with it's flavour, it's very very salty even compared to vegemite which is also very salty.
For Vegemite at least (I have no idea what weird shit the poms get up to with Marmite) 99% of it's uses involved being thinly spread on bread or roast with a decent amount of margarine or butter. The other 1% is adding to stews.
