Online groceries here have a no quibble refund policy. Every week I call up and go into a long boring ramble about the quality of the vegetables and the packaging, milk leaked, bread bag was torn, one of the tomatoes was bruised and had a mouldy patch etc. I usually manage to get a refund equal to about 5-15% of the total bill. Not going to turn down $500 a year.

Back in my day 4chan had managed to craft some coupons that actually scanned. Got like $4.89 off a frozen pizza, I lived off these coupons for nearly 6 months

go there near closing time, place I used to work at would give food away if you asked nicely, unless it's forced to give it to hobos, but then again odds are the butcher's and baker's goods are 50% off or something

This is completely true advice. Management absolutely bends over backwards and shoves their head up their ass for online shopping.
