no booze since oct 2019. mainly due to taking Naltrexone. shots 1 per month for 6 months, been on pills since. used to be a regular on /alck/

if you need to quit for a while at least taper down

tapered from about 1 liter a day down to 2 days or so sober with no bad symptoms and ended up in the hospital about 2 days later and still sober 2 years later.
don't do this shit on your if you can help it, especially if you're above the 5th a day mark.
