I ate something horrible in NYC once and was walking through Greenwich village when my stomach made a crazy sound. I suddenly realized I need to take a crap and NOW! Walking fast looking for some place to evacuate in I find a buzy bar, walk in, make my way through the crowd towards the bathroom, somehow making hard eye contact with the bartender. Get into this tiny bathrooms and barely get my pants down, explode all over the bowl and wall like a shotgun blast of shit. I then look over and there is no toilet paper in this place, nothing. I have ass in air shit all over, wearing winter clothes and a backpack. This is a mess, bar is crowded and very loud, someone is banging on the door. I see the sink and plop my ass on it to wash it. The sink breaks at the pedestal and water now is shooting up into the air. I manage to clean up and exit the bathroom. as I am walking to front door I Look back and catch the same bartenders eyes hard staring at me through the crowd... Sorry dude.. Blame it on the falafaleI got on on McDougal street.

worked there too. Everything on the menu is premade or prepackaged sans wings, beef, and produce. Get your wings dry and sauce on the side. Sauce buckets were first used at 10:45am and not cleaned until close. Garlic Parmesan in particular has a terrible transformation with old chicken grease and sitting for hours on end.

stop in to a late night diner years back all stoned with an old school buddy, my food arrives and I take a full bottle of ketchup and proceed to shake it back and forth violently to shake up the contents. Cap comes off and the entire bottle fly's out of bottle and on to this couple behind me in the other booth, all over their heads and sweaters..We could do nothing but laugh hysterically.It looked like a murder scene.

What I can't forgive is any time there is more restaurant staff than patrons and there is still a delay in food. Was in Agia Marina Crete at the end of October 2018. Ate a Cretean dish called Stifado on monday and it was really really good.

So on thursday the day we were supposed to travel home i went to the same restaurant and ordered stifado because it was so good.

It tasted ok with some side-taste, but on the flight home my belly did not feel good, while queueing for the airplane toilet i just made it but in my mind i was thinking of doing it in a trashbag in the airplane isle.

I had to spend the whole trip home and the following 3 days on the toilet. So never goto a tourist place at the end of the season for that place.
