If I have a real shitty day I'll grab a gas station sandwich and a can of coke, take a bite of the sammy then a gulp of coke, so that it's absorbed in the bread. I've had a shit day today.

I have never tried a pickle and peanut butter sandwich.. objectively it doesn't sound bad (as they are complimentary flavors), I've just never wanted to taste this pairing.

My uncle used to eat nacho cheese Doritos and mayonnaise. Same way you'd scoop salsa lmao.

Hear me out. You get a fresh burger from Wendy's. You get a Frosty. You take the first bite of the burger. Then you take your Frosty spoon and put a scoop on the inside of the burger. Then you eat a bite. Repeat with fresh scoops.

Meatballs with rice in sweet baby rays bbq. The kraft bbq just doesn't taste as good. My mother made it since she hadn't been paid yet. She used the remaining stuff she had in the kitchen and had me try it. It tastes very good, I have it as a comfort food when I'm having a very bad day.

As thick as you want. It all balances out. I'm probably supposed to use a sharp apple, I just use any kind. Royal Gala usually. I just butter the bread. Shredded Wheat in eggs tastes just like wholemeal bread with eggs. It's strange in name alone, the taste makes sense.

I hate drinking warm/hot coffee so I only choose cold brew.
I always make the concentrate very strong and when serving I never dilute it with water but rather with half and half and a little bit of melted butter. And a bit of indian style spices like for chai. It’s like bulletproof coffee but cold, rich and calorie dense in best way possible. It is very good for breakfast with a side of fruit and some bread or croissants

it's kind of how you get the flavor of hummus now that I think about it from tahini + lemon juice

>> No.15609625

>>15609535
I think a pickle and peanut butter sandwich might be underwhelming because peanut butter gets on your tongue and clogs up any flavor transmission, you have to chew and eventually you manage to get enough brine mixed in to get the hummus effect. It's probably better to make a homogenous sauce with an acid beforehand.

I feel left out, I can't think of anything outlandish that I make or any wackadoo food combinations. I think the oddest things I do are adding celery salt on sliced raw veg (carrots, peppers, cucumbers, radishes), getting some chilled grocery deli spring rolls and dipping them in a sauce I make from sesame oil, soy sauce, sambal, and honey, or standing in front of the fridge and night and scarfing down plain pickled jalapenos, olives, or giardiniera.
