It should be illegal for bombay sapphire to come in a blue bottle, blue should be reserved for drinks with a blue flavor.

It makes a pretty drink and I just finished two bottles of it but I prefer hendrick's, especially for g&t.
Empress is great in fancier cocktails, especially if your objective is panty removal. Chicks really dig this stuff.

I agree with ya fully. Hendricks is my go-to for martinis and g&t. I picked up the 1908 on a whim for New Year’s Eve, and the reaction it got from all the ladies at the party left me floored. Women and color changing cocktails, go figure. It’s also not a bad gin.

1908 with Fever Tree as your tonic, and a bit of citrus rind really does make for an interesting and refreshing G&T. Hendricks is one of my all time favorites, especially with no lime or anything, but if you guys can find it, give Big Gin out of Seattle a try, locally I pick the stuff up for about $25 a bottle usually and it's a notch above most gins in my book. Uncle Val's, Monkey 47, The Botanist, Crater Lake, and Old Tom Ransom (if you're into the barreled stuff) are among some of the best in my book.

What? My gin and tonics taste much better than at the pub no matter what gin I use. Trick is to use plenty ice, squeeze a quarter segment of a lemon or lime into it and don’t use cheap nasty tonic.
