Alright I've got to focus now. When I turn the fries in 10 minutes I've got to put two loosely formed balls of beef on a pad of butter in a smoking hot pan. Season and smash then baste with mustard. Toast the buns for a minute in the toaster oven. Pull the buns out. Flip and top with American cheese. Pull them off put a layer of onions in between toast the buns in the burger juice an additional minute then assemble. Its going to be quite the drunken chore.

burger sauce should be made from scratch
burger spread, if that's what suits you okay but I'd get some real butter and make sure to, and your phone died so you omitted this part, make sure to smash the first side of the patties in to it to bind them to the skillet and crisp up nice and good
tomatoes on burgers are mostly nothing but a ruinous texture and pop cold water into the middle of the sandwich, tasks both properly regulated by a nice leaf of lettuce

Tomatoes were organic vine ripened and delicious

in the future just try 2/3 mayo to 1/3 ketchup, pinch of relish or small splash of pickle juice, few cranks of black pepper (literally never use preground black pepper for anything ever), and a pinch of garlic and onion powder each. from there experiment and adjust it to your liking, the best way to do that is to do so in very small batches, it's so simple you don't need to make a burger per person's worth at a time anyways
